Historical Quincy Wedding

Looking for a unique way to get hitched?

What about emerging yourself into the 18th Century and getting married at one of the most historical parish’s in the country?

People are always looking for new and exciting ways to tie the knot so Lydon Chapel is proud to introduce its Historical Quincy wedding packages, which includes use of the United First Parish Church and a customized or sweet and simple ceremony.

“Over its 350 years, the congregation of historic First Parish has played an important part in the building of this city, the state, and indeed the nation. Like their ancestors before them, both Presidents John Adams and John Quincy Adams were life-long members of the Church. Their tombs stand in a crypt within the church, beside those of their wives, Abigail and Louisa Catherine. Also, the Patriot John Hancock was baptized in this church by his father, the Rev. John Hancock, who served here as minister from 1726 to 1744.”  (United First Parish Church, website)

Looking to take it one step further? How about having your marriage solidified by our very own Abigail Adams?
